NO GAME NO LIFE The story of No Game, No Life centers around Sora and Shiro, a brother and sister whose reputations as brilliant NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) hikikomori (shut-in) gamers have spawned urban legends all over the Internet. These two gamers even consider the real world as just another "crappy game." One day, they are summoned by a boy named "God" to an alternate world. There, God has prohibited war and declared this to be a world where "everything is decided by games"—even national borders. Humanity has been driven back into one remaining city by the other races. Will Sora and Shiro, the good-for-nothing brother and sister, become the "Saviors of Humanity" on this alternate world? "Well, let's start playing."

So in these next episodes we see just how powerful magic and the games can be. Poor Steph gets stuck like a dog after losing so many games to Sora, and we see just how good at games Sora and Shiro are. Next we meet Jibril, and see how a game with some magic in it goes, and just how far Sora and Shiro trust each other as well as how far they are willing to go to win. Then finnaly, we move into Sora's first bit of conquest with trying to conquer the werebeasts. After issuing a direct challenge and instantly betting Erika's chess piece, he leaves thier embassy, ready for the games to begin. However, the next day, he's no where to be found. I really enjoy the cliffhanger after that challenging episode. After the first few episodes established how important it was that the brother and sister stay together, Sora is able to overcome that and leave for some reason. Whats more, everyone but Shiro forgets about him.
